The Beverly Hills City Council has adopted a new fee schedule that will take effect on July 1, 2026. Most fees have increased by 3.6% based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
Please note that any permit activity with fees assessed but not paid by June 30, 2026, will be updated to reflect the new fee schedule and associated increase.
